This morning, cadets from 1051 (Dartford) Squadron proudly joined the annual Remembrance Parade in the town centre, standing alongside veterans, serving personnel, community organisations and members of the public to honour those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
Remembrance provides an opportunity for us all to reflect on the courage, dedication and selflessness shown by generations of servicemen and women. As an organisation founded on the traditions and values of the Royal Air Force, it is particularly important that our cadets take time to remember those who came before them and the freedoms secured through their service.

Cadets took part in the Remembrance Service alongside the wider community, observing a period of reflection and paying tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Following the service, they proudly marched through the town centre as part of the parade, representing both the Squadron and the RAF Air Cadets with professionalism and pride.
Their conduct throughout the morning was a credit to themselves and to 1051 (Dartford) Squadron.
It was a privilege to stand alongside so many others in remembrance and to play a part in such an important community event.
We will remember them.
Lest We Forget.
