Important Information
Booking Your Open Evening

We are delighted by the continued interest in joining 1051 (Dartford) Squadron RAF Air Cadets.

Due to exceptionally high demand, we currently have approximately 50 young people on our waiting list, with only 25 places available at each open evening.

To ensure that as many prospective cadets as possible have the opportunity to attend, we kindly ask that you follow these booking guidelines:

• One booking per prospective cadet/family. You do not need to book separate places for parents or guardians attending with their child.

• Please do not make duplicate bookings. Multiple bookings unnecessarily reduce the number of places available to other families.

• If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your place to another young person on our waiting list.

Every place is valuable, and with demand significantly exceeding availability, unused bookings can mean another young person misses out on the opportunity to discover what the RAF Air Cadets has to offer.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make our open evenings fair and accessible to everyone.
